Where do you ship?
We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. We do not currently deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on all orders within our delivery area.
When should I expect delivery?
Free standard shipping to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, D.C. Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days; this is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee. The daily order cutoff is 07:00PM (GMT-06:00) Central Standard Time (Chicago), fixed year-round without daylight saving adjustment. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day enter the handling window that day. Orders after the cutoff, on weekends or on U.S. federal holidays enter the handling window on the next business day. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Can I return an item?
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason before sending a return. Change-of-mind returns must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. After authorization, returns go to 2 Impasse Des Primevères, 58160 Imphy, France. Customers pay return shipping to France for change-of-mind returns. We cover return shipping when the issue is our error, a damaged item, a defect or an incorrect item. There is no restocking fee.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and, where helpful, photographs. We will arrange the appropriate next steps and cover return shipping for these cases. Necessary inspection of the product or damage to packaging does not automatically disqualify a damaged, defective or incorrect item from assistance.
When will I receive a refund?
Returned items are inspected before a refund is approved. Once approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
How do I care for my bin?
Care depends on the materials. Each product page includes specific instructions for its polypropylene, coated steel or bamboo surfaces.
How are prices and taxes displayed?
Prices are in USD. Checkout displays shipping, tax and the full total before you submit. Tax charged at checkout is $0; this is not a claim of legal tax exemption.

An attempted payment alone does not confirm a charge or order acceptance. Refer to the actual payment result and any explicit order acceptance provided for your purchase.
